Caminata a la laguna 69, se hace en un día, es ideal para la aclimatación, está ubicada en la parte norte de la cordillera blanca a los pies de los nevados Chacraraju y pisco, en el valle de Llanganuco, Esta bella Laguna glaciar de aguas color turquesa, se encuentra a una altitud 4600m. Rodeado de grandes montañas como el Huascaran, Huandoy, Chacraraju y pisco; que se encuentra dentro del parque nacional Huascaran.

Programa

Para llegar a la laguna de Churup se traslada con vehículo de Huaraz, pasando por los pintorescos pueblos de Unchus, Llupa hasta llegar a Pitec. Desde este punto continuar la caminata empinada hasta la laguna, caminar de 2 a 3 horas aproximadamente a un paso tranquilo depende del ritmo y poder descansar cuando se necesite.
